Jalevo offers two distinct options for deactivating your account — a temporary suspension and a permanent deletion.
Temporary Deactivation (Cooling-Off or Self-Exclusion): Log in to your account → Settings → go to the "Responsible Gambling" section. Under Cooling-Off, you can choose a period from 24 hours up to 30 days. If you choose Self-Exclusion, your account will be deactivated for anywhere from 1 week to 5 years — you will not be able to log in during that time.
Permanently Deleting Your Account: This cannot be done directly from the settings. support@jalevo.bestEmail with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered name, mobile number, and username. After identity verification, the account will be deleted within 72 hours. Before requesting deletion, make sure your balance is zero — once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.

Enabling two-step verification (2FA or Two-Factor Authentication) means no one can access your account with just a password — every login will also require the OTP code sent to your mobile. This significantly increases the security of your account.
Steps to Enable:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the profile icon at the top right → select "Security Settings".
- Toggle on the "Two-Step Verification" option.
- A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number — enter it to proceed.
- Once successful, a confirmation message will appear and OTP will be required from your next login.
Once enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to access your account from an unrecognized device — because the OTP will only be sent to your phone. To disable 2FA, go to the same location, toggle it off, and confirm with your OTP.

To view your transaction history: Go to the same Profile menu → "Wallet" or "Transaction History" section. Here you can view the date, amount, and status (completed / pending / cancelled) of every deposit, withdrawal, and bonus credit.

Jalevo's policy allows only one account per person. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or the same ID is strictly prohibited.
Two family members using the same device for separate accounts: It is possible, but certain conditions apply. Both individuals must have distinct identities — different names, different mobile numbers, different national IDs, and different email addresses. Sharing a device or IP address is treated with tolerance by Jalevo, but if two accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, both accounts will be closed and all transactions cancelled.
